Frequently, you want to subscribe people who are getting one series to another series. Or you may want to place a special order for just issue #1 of a comic, based on a customer's previous subscriptions. The autosub/request popup button lets you do exactly this and more!

 

From an item's SERIES, HOLDS or REQUESTS tab, click the AUTOSUBS/REQUESTS button to launch the popup.

 

 

This will give you a popup that lets you search and filter to find the best autosub for your customers.

 

From the sidebar, you can search by title for previous subscriptions. Clicking the series you want to base your autosub on will give you a list of contacts who are currently subscribed to the series.

 

Filtering by single item holds and requests is similar.

 

You can also filter by purchased. 

 

And you can also search directly for a customer or filter by customer tags (this would be great for tagging people who want ALL HELLBOY or ALL MOMOKO, for example).

 

 

Once you've brought up your list of customers, tick the boxes next to everyone you want to add a request or subscription to, and use the form at the bottom of the page to make it happen!

 

 

The system will not let you add multiple subscriptions or requests to a person from this interface, so if you have someone who you want to give two copies of a request to, you'll need to handle that outside of this popup.
