If you have a bunch of items you want to change at once, you can use the ITM>ITEMS page to filter up a list of items you want to edit and then use the bulk edit feature to change some or all items in your search results.

 

  • Go to ITM>ITEMS and use the filters in the sidebar to make a list of items you want to edit.
  • Above the search results, click on BULK EDIT SEARCH RESULTS.
  • From this form, you can decide if you want to edit all items in the search results (including subsequent result pages), or just the items you've checked from the list.
  • Then select the field you want to change, or the action you want to take, and submit. 
  • This page may take a long time to process, depending on what you're trying to do and how many things you're trying to do it to. Just be patient. If you get an error on the page, the action PROBABLY still worked. Spot check it, and let us know if it didn't, so we can troubleshoot.
