To create a contact

  • Click on CON>CREATE CONTACT.
  • Select the contact type.
  • Fill in whatever fields you like. Email and Phone may be required, depending on your settings. This can be changed within SETTINGS>CONTACTS>requireEmailForContactCreation and SETTINGS>CONTACTS>requirePhoneForContactCreation
  • After you've created your contact, you can edit their settings.

For customers, we recommend reviewing their discounts and delinquency parameters.

For distributors, check out the invoice and order tabs to help automate some of your intake and exports.

For staff, make sure to add a staff login account.
