Anyone who is using Comic Shop Assistant behind the counter of your store should have a staff account. This lets you track who makes changes and lends accountability to important things happening in your shop.
- From within a user account, ensure that the user type is set to STAFF within their SETTINGS > ACCOUNT SETTINGS tab.
- Once someone is set as staff, go to their SETTINGS > STAFF SETTINGS tab.
- Enter their username, a password, a pin, and a staff role. Make sure their PIN is unique to your staff. We haven't built in the rails to prevent duplicate PINs yet.
Now your staff member can log in using their username and password that you just set up. Any time CSA asks for their pin, they'll enter the 4-digit pin you just created.
