It's always best to keep up to date with your monthly initial order imports. This keeps your product catalog current, and gives you critical data for managing your subscriptions. But things happen, and sometimes we get behind in doing our monthly tasks. Never fear!
 
At some point during the month, Diamond replaces the current month with next month's file.
 
But you can still grab older files from their archives.
 
In Diamond's site, go to DOWNLOADS > ARCHIVES and under the "Previews master data files" section click on the TEXT link to see a list of all old downloads. You'll want to grab the TEXT file from the month you need.
 
THEN you need the previewsDB file. Go back to DOWNLOADS > ARCHIVES and under "Previews product copy" click on the CSV link. Just like before, you'll download the TEXT version from the month you need from that page.
