h2>First Time Items Report

Overview

The First Time Items Report shows you all items that were received for the first time on a selected invoice or group of invoices. This is useful for creating a list of items you can showcase to your Wednesday Warriors.

Accessing the Report

  1. Navigate to your Invoices page
  2. Select one or more invoices using the checkboxes
  3. Click the "Actions" dropdown menu
  4. Select "First Time Items"
  5. Decide if you want to display items with variant covers or all collapsed to title and issue only

By default, items are sorted alphabetically by title (ignoring leading articles like "The", "A", and "An").

Sorting Options

Use the "Sort by" dropdown at the top of the report to organize items differently:

  • Title (A-Z) - Shows all items in one table, sorted alphabetically by title
  • Category - Groups items into separate tables by category, with items sorted alphabetically within each category
  • Publisher - Groups items into separate tables by publisher, with items sorted alphabetically within each publisher

Export to CSV

Click the "Export CSV" button to download a spreadsheet file containing:

  • Title
  • Category
  • Publisher
  • On Shelf (current quantity)
  • Price (calculated selling price)

Copy/Paste Tables

Click the "Copy/Paste Tables" button to open a pop-up with two simple HTML tables ready to copy:

One Column (Titles Only)

A simple list of all item titles, one per row.

Two Columns (Split List)

Items split into two side-by-side columns. The first half of your items appear in the left column, and the second half appear in the right column.

Each table has a "Copy to Clipboard" button that automatically selects and copies the HTML code. You can then paste it directly into emails, website editors, or other applications that support HTML.

Printing

Click the "Print" link at the top right of the report to print a clean version of your report.

Important: Make sure "Background graphics" is enabled in your browser's print settings to see the dark table headers.
