CSA's front-facing screen is just a popped up browser window that you can drag to your external monitor that faces your customer.

 

When not in use, the customer-facing screen will display your shop's logo.

 

When you ring someone in, the monitor can display their transaction line items as you go. If the screen is a touch screen, they can scroll up and down.

 

If you are running transactions in multiple screens, you can change which transaction is being displayed on the screen.

 

  • To launch the customer-facing screen, from a transaction click the OPEN DISPLAY button. The button will indicate that you are connected.

  • This will pop up your customer-facing display.

 

  • You will need to drag the popped up window to your customer-facing display.
  • At this point, your customer-facing display is attached to THIS specific tab in your browser. If you close this tab, the screen will not be attached to CSA until you specifically take over from another transaction.
  • If you want to ring someone up in another tab, you can click take control at the top of the transaction to display this new transaction in the front-facing screen.

 

After a transaction has completed, the screen will show transaction info for a few seconds and then display your logo unless you load a new transaction.
