To add a new publisher to CSA, go to an item you want to associate the publisher with. Under the description, click the EDIT button near the PUBLISHERS section. This will bring up a horribly long drop menu you can select from as well as give you the option to create a new publisher. If you create a new publisher here and submit the form, that new publisher will be available in your ITEMS>MANAGE PUBLISHERS.
