How to edit a gift certificate, store credit, or prepayment

Sometimes things need to be adjusted. Here's how.

So you've got a gift certificate, store credit or prepayment that needs to be changed. How do you do it? Easy!

Go to MORE>GIFT CERTIFICATES & STORE CREDITS. (NOTE: Access to this page and to editing items on this page can be controlled by an administrator by going to SETTINGS>STAFF ACCESS)
Find the gift certificate, store credit, or prepayment you want to edit.
Click the edit icon next to the section you want to edit.
Make your changes and submit the form.
