Where to download distributor files for your preorder

DOWNLOAD PREORDER FILE(S) FROM YOUR DISTRIBUTOR

Each distributor has a different file they supply for PREORDERS. We have import templates made for each of the three major comic distributors. Note that Diamond requires uploading two separate files.

1. Find your distributor's PREORDER file and download it to your computer.
1. LUNAR - Lunar's FOC file can be found on their site under RESOURCES. Near the top of the page, you'll be downloading the LUNAR FORMAT PRODUCT FILE from the STANDARD PRODUCTS (not the with related products) column.
2. PENGUIN RANDOM HOUSE - From the PRH home page, click on VIEW CATALOG for the month you want to download. On the resulting page, click the DOWNLOAD button and then click the MASTER DATA .csv option (should be the top item).
3. DIAMOND - Diamond requires uploading two separate files.
   1. From Diamond's site, download the masterdata file from DOWNLOADS > DATA FILES > PREVIEWS Master Data File. It's the top option under PREVIEWS MASTER DATA FILES, and you'll cilck the TEXT link under FORMAT.
   2. 1. On Diamond's site download the previewsDB file from DOWNLOADS > DATA FILES > PREVIEWS Product Copy. It's the first line item option under PREVIEWS PRODUCT COPY, and you'll click the DATABASE link under the FORMAT column (there are three links there, and they're all really close together, so click with care).
