If a customer has items in their pull, it can be handy to email them about the books you want them to come in and buy.

First, make sure you have your SETTINGS>COMMUNICATIONS set up and tested to your satisfaction.

There are two easy ways to send a pull report.

TO SEND INDIVIDUAL PULL REPORTS

  • Navigate to your customer's record.
  • From their PULLS>EMAILABLE tab, click the EMAIL PULLS button.

This will schedule a pull report to be sent for that individual customer.

 

TO SEND BULK PULL REPORTS

  • Navigate to CON>ALL CONTACTS WITH PULLS.
  • You can filter the list to people who only had pulls added to their file within a specific time span by editing the PULLS DATE RANGE filter.
  • Use the FOR EACH CHECKED CONTACT drop menu to SEND PULLS REPORT.
  • Submitting this option will schedule an emailed report to each of those contacts.
