Once you've finished your FOC, you have to get the information to your distributor. To do that, you can use the CSA export tool, which lets you export in a variety of formats. Each distributor wants something a little different, so here are some tips for some common distributors.

 

To export, from within your order click ORDER ACTIONS and use the settings described below in each distributor section.

 

To load into your distributor, follow the instructions described below in each distributor section.

 

LUNAR

  • Export your file with the FALLBACK: StockCode, Qty and OUTPUT as Downloaded file.
  • To upload the order to Lunar, log into Lunar's site. Click on FOC EDITS and then click the sub-tab of FOC/CSV Data Upload. This will load in all of your exported items into a Lunar FOC cart. This page OVERWRITES any existing order quantities, so make sure this is what you expect to happen. There is a different form to use if you want to ADD quantities to your existing order.

DIAMOND

  • Export your file with the FALLBACK: MonthCode, Qty and OUTPUT as Downloaded file.
  • To upload the order to Diamond, log into Diamond's site. Click on ORDERS in the sidebar and then click the FOC WEEKLY. Click the UPLOAD ORDER button at the top right, and import your file on that page. This page OVERWRITES any existing order quantities.

 

PENGUIN RANDOM HOUSE

  • PRH is a little different. They want you to copy and paste your order into their system. So export your file with the FALLBACK: Best Barcode, Qty and the OUTPUT set to copyable text.
  • To add your order to PRH, log into their retailer site, click on the shopping cart icon, and then click the ADD BY UPC/ISBN button. Paste your order list from CSA into the form and submit. THIS ADDS TO YOUR CURRENT ORDER. So if you don't want to add to your initial order quantities, make sure you clear out this weeks' FOC cart before loading your quantities in.
