So you've got a subscriber who wants to make edits and changes to their subscriptions and special orders from home instead of calling the store. You can give them access to manage their account online!
Changes they make are recorded so you can review them and make sure they haven't ordered something you won't be able to get. We have default messaging to let them know if they're asking for a comic too far after you ordered it, and they are not able to use the portal to cancel an item after you've committed your FOC for that item.
From within a customer's contact page, go to the PORTAL tab. Click the SIGN THEM UP button. This will create their portal account.
Follow the directions to send them the web address to log in. They'll need to hit the FORGOT MY PASSWORD button to set up their account.
Once they've set up their password, they can log in and view their pulls, manage their subscriptions and special orders.
