First, we have to decide which group of customers we want to autosub FROM.

 

  • On the top left, select whether you want to subscribe from a series subscription or from transactions.
    • If your'e subscribing from a current series subscription, select AUTOSUB FROM SERIES and search for a series title.
    • If you want to subscribe based on sales of a previous item, select AUTOSUB FROM TRANSACTIONS and search for an item you want to base subscriptions on.
  • In the search results, click the item or series title you want to subscribe FROM.
  • You'll be presented with a list of contacts who are subscribed to the series or who have purchased the item. Before you check and un-check the people you want to subscribe, search for the series you want to autosub TO in the top right and select it by clicking the title.
  • Check the boxes for each customer you want to autosub, and click the AUTOSUB CHECKED CONTACTS button at the bottom of the SUB FROM column.
