Calculate your offer in trade or in cash

 

When your customer is ready to accept or decline your offer, find the collection, click on COLLECTION ACTIONS, enter your pin, and fill out the appropriate fields to note your actual payment to the seller.

PLEASE NOTE: credit is not automatically created when you lock an order, so don't forget to go create credit for your customer. For tracking, we note the collection ID associated with the credit.

After a purchase is locked, some line item specs cannot be edited. If you offered a percentage of the value, you cannot edit the price or the percentage offer. If you offered a dollar amount instead, you can still edit the price.

If you need to change the price at this point, and aren't able to, you can create the back issue item and then edit the price. OR you can remove the line item from the collection and add a new one. Be careful when doing this, as adding an amount you're offering someone after a purchase is locked can get confusing if you look back on the purchase.
