You can gather items to send to a sister store and then transfer them out of your inventory without tracking them as a sale. At the same time, you can export an invoice for the sister store to import for receiving.

 

SET ITEMS ASIDE TO TRANSFER TO YOUR SISTER STORE

  • Make sure you have a contact with the type of STORE or OVERSTOCK, and flag it as a SISTER STORE from the contact's SETTINGS>ACCOUNT SETTINGS page.
  • Add items you want to transfer to the contact's pulls. This will act like an OVERSTOCK location throughout most of the site, but because it's a sister store, you'll have some extra features.

TRANSFER ITEMS FROM A SISTER STORE'S PULLS TO THE SISTER STORE

  • At the bottom of the sister store's pull list, from the FOR EACH CHECKED PULL drop menu, select the TRANSFER PRODUCT IN PULLS option and click submit.
  • This will remove the checked items from your sister store's pulls as a transfer (it will not change the ever sold, since you are transferring, not selling).
  • To download a .csv for you to send the sister store for easy check-in, go to your TRANSFERS TAB. You may need to click a link to load the transfers. Click the DOWNLOAD INVOICE button next to the transfer you want to send to your other shop.
