So you've got more than one location. If your account is multi-store enabled, you can see your inventory numbers across all related shops.

SETUP (Usually done by CSA the first time you opt in to multi-store tools. You're responsible for steps 2-5 if you add stores.)

  1. First, we do some secret behind the scenes stuff to make it so your shops can communicate securely without having to worry about anyone else ever getting your inventory details.
  2. Then create a STORE contact for each of your other shops.
  3. For each of those STORE contacts, within the SETTINGS tab, the stores should be flagged as being sisterStores.
  4. Under the sisterStores setting, add the url for the sister store (example: https://ahabscomics.comicshopassistant.com/)
  5. That's it! You're all set up.

HOW TO USE IT

  • Within any item, you can click on the STORES tab to see inventory numbers from all other connected shops.
  • In order to connect, we are searching each site by barcode and displaying all results. So make sure your barcodes are all in order across all locations.
  • If you're in SHOP 1, and looking at inventory numbers from SHOP 2, SHOP 3 AND SHOP 4, you might see titles under the shop names. The titles appear if the name of your item at SHOP 1 is different than the item another shop is showing you (mismatched titles also turn the line yellow so you can verify that you're seeing the expected product)
