Comic Shop Assistant can create project lists for you. Projects are generally intended to be quick tasks that you can knock out in a few minutes.

When you have un-finished projects, you'll notice a red bubble next to your MORE menu item.

You can create manual projects for staff to take care of ("please move comic X from this customer's file to that customer's file, and update their pulls," for example). 

CSA can also create automated projects. For example, in your SETTINGS > TRANSACTIONS, you can have CSA create invoices when a customer checks out and still has items left in their pulls or when you sell into negative quantities on an item. These can be very useful to not have to take care of these problems during a busy time on the cash register, but to create a reminder for a slower part of the day.
