Sometimes you may want to show a message to your staff when they ring up a book, but you don't want it to require extra clicks like the Transaction Popup Text found in the SPECS tab of your items.

We can display red bubbles with transaction notes within a line item using the TRANSACTION FLAGS tag. It will look like the speculator and discount notes in the image below.

 

 

To create these tags, go to your item and click on the TAGS tab. Add a TRANSACTION FLAGS tag or two. Now they'll show up when someone is rung up for this item. Like this...

 

 

If you don't have a TRANSACTION FLAGS tag category, you can add it in your MORE > TAGS menu.
