When we bring your data over from Moby V10, we can bring in much of your historical information. Check out this link to see what we import.

 

You may need to rebuild some of your settings within Comic Shop Assistant.

 

  • If you use Moby gift certificates, you'll need to output a list of existing gift certificates from Moby to validate them when customers come in to redeem.
  • If you keep customer store credits or program discounts in Moby, you'll need to move these over to Comic Shop Assistant manually.
  • Moby doesn't let us export customer discounts in a compatible format, so if you use customer discounts, you'll need to re-create them.
  • If you use supergroups in Moby, you'll need to re-create these using a combination of holds and requests within Comic Shop Assistant.
  • Because we don't import your transaction history, you'll want to be sure to export any reports you need for taxes before shutting your Moby machine down for good.
