How to upload your distributor FOC files to your CSA order

It's pretty easy. Just upload the file from your previous step.

Download FOC file(s) from your distributor

UPLOAD YOUR FOC FILE(S) TO YOUR CSA ORDER

In your CSA order, Click the UPLOAD FOC MASTERDATA FILE or click ORDER ACTIONS to upload your masterdata file. If you are uploading to Diamond, you will also need to upload the CPAD file that you requested via email.

Please note that you can upload multiple files to the same CSA order. If you load the same file to an order twice, you'll have duplicated order line items, though, and that can be a hassle to untangle, so be careful!
