Where to download distributor files for your FOC

Create your CSA FOC order

DOWNLOAD FOC FILE(S) FROM YOUR DISTRIBUTOR

Each distributor has a different file they supply for FOC. We have import templates made for each of the three major FOC distributors. Diamond requires uploading two separate files.

1. Find your distributor's FOC file and download it to your computer.
1. LUNAR - Lunar's FOC file can be found on their site under RESOURCES. Scroll down to find the CSV ORDER FORM FOR INDIVIDUAL DATES and select the files for your current week. NOTE: There may be more than one file to download here because Lunar can have multiple FOC dates in a week.
2. PENGUIN RANDOM HOUSE - From the PRH home page, select catalog month that is at least a couple of months old and Click VIEW CATALOG. Click DOWNLOAD near the top of the page and then click FOC TITLE DATA. Download the appropriate data file.
3. DIAMOND - Diamond requires uploading two separate files.
   1. Download the FOC masterdata file from diamond's ORDERS > FOC WEEKLY page. Click the TXT option in the top right to download the FOC MASTER DATA FILE. Then click DELETE ADJUSTMENT. Don't worry, clicking this will not delete your numbers unless you've entered some in this interface (which you haven't right? You're trusting CSA's system to help you with this), it just allows us to do the next step.
   2. On Diamond's site go to REPORTS > EMAILED REPORTS and click the EMAIL REPORT button under FOC REPORT - WEEKLY. This will email you a CPAD file from Diamond.
