To create a new overstock location (Upstairs Overstock, or Behind the Counter Overstock), you're just going to create a special type of contact.

  1. From your top navigation, click CONTACTS > ADD CONTACT
  2. Set the TYPE to OVERSTOCK
  3. Name it something descriptive. We named ours Behind the Counter (first name) Overstock (last name).
  4. If your settings require email and phone, you'll have to enter something there.
  5. Click ADD CONTACT
