In your customer's sidebar, they can view comics that have been released last week, this week or will be released next week.

WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO

These sections are populated on the customer portal with items that have a PORTAL STATUS marked as ACTIVE, and which are on an invoice that has a release date set within the Monday-Sunday time span that meets the "last week," 'this week," or "next week" parameters. You can also add an item that is not on an invoice by editing the item's PORTAL RELEASE DATE in the item's PORTAL tab.

You can edit an item's PORTAL STATUS in bulk from an invoice by entering EXPORT MODE, checking the boxes next to each item you want to activate, and selecting SET TO ACTIVE ON CUSTOMER PORTAL from the FOR EACH CHECKED ITEM drop menu at the bottom of the line item list.

You can also edit portal status in bulk from the ITMS>ITEMS page.

All items on the invoice with a PORTAL STATUS of ACTIVE that are set to a category that is NOT 'retailer sales tools' are allowed to show up on this page.

WHAT A CUSTOMER CAN DO

From the new comics links, your logged-in customer can ask to subscribe, unsubscribe, or special order items.

 

SUBSCRIBE/UNSUBSCRIBE

When they ask to subscribe, CSA will warn them if they're trying to start their subscription with an issue number you've already ordered on FO

C. It does not stop them from ordering, but it communicates to them that the issue may be delayed or unavailable.

When they ask to unsubscribe, they can only unsubscribe starting at the first issue you have NOT placed an FOC order for.

Each subscribe or un-subscribe action by a customer is added to your PROJECTS page so you can review their actions.

 

 

SPECIAL ORDERS

When a customer places a special order, it creates a request that you will be prompted to order from the REQUESTS tab of your next order. It also adds a line in your PROJECTS page so you can review what people are asking for.
