Create your inventory adjustment project

 

When you commit your inventory updates, Comic Shop Assistant will add pulled items to your quantities and keep pulled items in your customer pulls. Because of this, it's important to make sure your pulls are accurate before you start your inventory process.

 

VIEW ALL PULLS FOR YOUR INVENTORY UPDATE PROJECT

  1. From your MORE>INVENTORY UPDATE page, click on the inventory update project title you want to double check files for.
  2. Make sure all of the categories you want to inventory for this project at once are included in this project.
  3. Click the PULLS tab. This tab can be super slow to load, so you'll need to click the link to confirm that you want to load this tab.
  4. For category with a lot of pulls, you may have to wait ten minutes to see the pulls list.
  5. This list is sorted by contact and then item. Double check that CSA reflects the reality of what is in your customer's pulls for the categories represented in this inventory update project.
  6. We recommend using the bulk actions in your OVERSTOCK CONTACT to remove all overstock items from overstock pulls. If you scan those into a separate document on the next step, you can add them all back into overstock in bulk at the end of this project.
