Taking payment (tendering your transaction)

 

 

Comic Shop Assistant transactions are pretty powerful, and let you do a lot of extra things. Here are some of our favorite tips and tricks.

  • You can subscribe/unsubscribe contacts from each line item by clicking the  subscription toggle switches.
  • If a line item is in a contact's pulls, it will note that it's coming from their pulls. Also, on the far right of that line, you can click the  red x to remove from the transaction and keep it in their pulls OR you can click the return to shelf arrows instead. These will remove from the transaction and from their pulls at the same time. Green  will be marked as "shop removed" and red  will be marked as "contact removed".
  • If an item has a purchase limit defined, and a known contact is buying more than the purchase limit, this will be noted under the line item QTY
  • If a customer's preferences indicate that they want bags and boards, they'll be added to or removed from the transaction to match the quantity of items being purchased in the comics category.
  • You can add up to 5 quick item buttons to your transaction sidebar by entering itemIDs in the trnQuickLinkItem fields in your transaction settings
